Our Mission
Our mission is to give your child the skills, tools and guidance to successfully make the transition from the artificial world of school to the real world of business and life. We know that teens are filled with energy, new-found skills, and a sensitivity to world issues not seen before. Our job is to channel that energy and build on their skills – to give them the proper exposure and training so that the investment you make in them is maximized – that they become the productive, worldy citizens we know you want them to be.
While there are numerous leadership and volunteer programs, we pride ourselves on being the only organization whose mission is to prepare your teen for their careers, whether that be building a business, starting a charity, or following the traditional corporate route. In fact, we believe that students who experience our programs will develop the necessary flexibility for changing economic environments so that not only can they help their organizations succeed, they can help themselves remain competitive, successful, and happy. We accomplish this through the following:
- Unique summer programs at the United Nations and overseas to help teens identify their passions, develop the skills to compete and put them on a career path toward success.
- Classes providing practical experience and tools on leadership, entrepreneurship, landing your dream job and getting money smart.
- Coaching programs to guide students in the development of their careers and/or building a business, charity or other social impact project.
In the end, your child will have built a solid foundation for the real world and have the practical experience to transition with ease from the world of school to the real world of business.
