Discover Your Future in an Unstable Job Market

Did you know only 38 minutes* is spent directing our kids on their futures? In other words, figuring out what they want to do when they grow up?

That’s why SuperFutures.org just launched a new program, "Discover Your Future" seminars, to give teens a running start and skills to compete in today's economy.

Stop and think: parents spend thousands on college and find that the “return-on-investment” – ie, a good paying job – isn’t there. Scary.

These seminars – featuring a Google exec and other amazing speakers -- will help kids diagnose their careers and college majors and then develop a Career Action Plan… all geared toward helping them get ready for the real-world… and succeed.

I do believe that a good

I do believe that a good future depends on our education. The future generation will never attain success unless the people are not knowledgeable enough about certain matters. But nowadays, parents find it hard to send their children to school because of financial matters. Student loans are becoming popular nowadays. Congress wants to vamp up education funding . Granted, student loans are a horrible debt trap that you can't even discharge in bankruptcy. The student loan bill was a rider on the health care bill, and it passed with it – and the Department of Education can be taking over administration of the loans, rather than underwriting loans from private sources. A lot of grads end up needing payday loans to keep up on student loan payments as it is, and considering the efficacy of No Child Left Behind, I am not certain how much I actually trust the DOE.
