Tara Blackwell Malone is one of the coolest career development experts around with a real concern for helping young people find their path. Tara holds the highest certification in the counseling profession as a Nationally Certified Counselor. She is also a Master Career Counselor and a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In addition to leading groups and providing one-on-one coaching, Tara has also held top positions in Career Development at major universities. Tara holds a BS in Speech Communications from Emerson College (also alma mater to Producer Norman Lear and entrepreneur/makeup artist Bobbi Brown) and a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Fairfield University. She’s also written for NYMetroParents, among others. Tara’s counseling style empowers teens to take control of their lives, discover their passions, clarify and achieve their goals, and gain career and life satisfaction.
Dick Ferguson
Former Chief Operating Officer, Cox Radio and Board Member of the National Association of Broadcasters

Dick Ferguson, like many young people, didn’t have perfect grades. In fact, he was a “C” student. But by focusing on his real passion – radio – Dick went on to become one of the nation’s top radio entrepreneurs and executives. To help pay his college tuition, Dick worked as a disc jockey at WPTR in Albany, New York. He then went on to hold several key roles in radio, including Sales Manager for WNHC Radio in New Haven, Connecticut and General Sales Manager of WERE Radio in Cleveland, Ohio. Dick then became President of Katz Broadcasting Company, one of the leaders in the radio industry. But the entrepreneurial bug bit Dick, so, armed with his sales and management skills, he started his own group of radio stations under NewCity Communications. As Founder & CEO of NewCity, Dick grew the business until it was acquired by Cox Radio, one of the nation’s largest owners of radio stations. The publicly traded Cox Radio named Dick its Chief Operating Officer and also a member of its Board of Directors.Dick is a past president of the Connecticut Broadcasters Association and served on the board of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB). In 2002, Dick received the National Radio Award from the NAB and, in 1998, received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Hopkins School in New Haven.Dick is active in community and industry organizations. He is on the board of the Bridgeport Public Education Fund where he was Chairman from 2004-2005. He is also Chairman of the Board of the Elm City College Preparatory Charter School in New Haven, a member of the board of Achievement First Bridgeport Academy Charter School in Bridgeport, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Charter Oak Challenge Foundation in Westport. Dick is also trustee of the Hopkins School in New Haven and the Eagle Hill School in Southport. Dick lives in Westport Connecticut with his wife Marissa and their three children, Ben, Callie and Quinn.

Sean Harvey
Business Product Manager, Google
Sean is responsible for Google's display advertising efforts on AdSense, as well as the company's DoubleClick Network Builder solution. Sean came to Google from DoubleClick, where he was senior product manager for ad serving systems. He joined DoubleClick in 2003, and previously held positions at the United Nations Development Programme and wrote travel guides for the Rough Guides series. He is an inventor of a number of patents in the area of ad serving and security. Sean graduated with a Bachelors of Science from Indiana University.
